Onboarding the first 5 to 10 clinics
A full calendar isn't a profitable one.
Book a short call. We walk through your own clinic and show you what's working, what's leaking, and what to fix first.

Nabu adds product, provider pay, card fees, device time and rent to every booking, so a full calendar and a good month stop meaning two different things.

We tell you what is missing before anything else.
A number built on a gap is worse than no number. So Nabu flags the gap and holds it out, instead of averaging over it.
- A service with revenue but no product cost
- A device booked in, with no lease on file
- A provider with sales but no pay model
- Capacity with no provider hours behind it
- Membership revenue without its redemptions
- A campaign that books, but is not yet tied to margin
On the call, we check which of these your clinic has first.
Keep your booking system. Nabu sits on top.

Built inside a working med spa. Read our story
Questions owners ask before they book.
What does med spa business intelligence software do?
It joins what a med spa records in its booking system to what each treatment costs to deliver, then tells the owner what to do about it. Revenue alone says what was booked. Business intelligence software adds provider pay, product, device time, room and card fees, ranks what is leaking by the money attached, and checks later whether the fix worked. Nabu does this on top of the booking system you already run.
What is Nabu?
Nabu is the intelligence and action layer for aesthetic clinics. It connects the booking, sales, cost, provider, device, membership, marketing, and scheduling data a med spa already generates, turns it into true margin, names the next move with a dollar figure attached, and is being built to report back on whether that move worked.
What software tells a med spa what to do next?
Nabu. It reads the clinic's own connected data and surfaces what deserves attention before the owner asks: unused profitable capacity, margin deterioration, provider utilization gaps, membership drag, clients who are due and have not rebooked, and services that fill the calendar while paying the least. Findings come back ranked by the money attached rather than as a list, and each one carries a recommended next step.
Is Nabu just another med spa dashboard?
No. A dashboard shows you a chart and stops. Nabu is built to explain why a number changed, rank what matters by what it is worth, hand the action to a person, and check the result later. Profitability is the foundation of the product rather than the whole of it.
Do I have to switch off Zenoti or Boulevard to use Nabu?
No. Nabu is a layer on top of the booking system you already run. Keep Zenoti, Boulevard, Mangomint, Vagaro, Aesthetic Record, Square, PatientNow, Mindbody, or Meevo for scheduling, charting, and payments. Nothing about your front desk changes.
What can Ask Nabu answer today?
Ask Nabu takes plain English questions against your own connected data, such as why microneedling margin fell last month or which provider had the highest contribution profit, and shows the math underneath every answer. Each answer ends on a recommended next action with the dollar value attached where the data supports one. The numbers come from deterministic Nabu logic rather than from a language model, which never becomes the calculator.
What happens when Nabu does not have enough data to trust a number?
It says so instead of showing a figure that looks complete. A service with revenue but no product cost, a device booked into appointments with no payment on file, or a provider with sales but no labor model gets flagged and held out of the read rather than quietly averaged into it. We would rather show you a hole in the data than an average that hides one.
What is the growth workspace, and is it live?
It is not live. The growth workspace is targeted for the end of 2026 and will join marketing spend, the appointment book, and the financials into one chain, so a clinic can see which campaign produced profitable bookings rather than just clicks or leads. What is live today is the financial workspace, Ask Nabu, retention and rebooking analysis, and social publishing.
Which social channels can Nabu publish to today?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube are approved and publishing today. LinkedIn is built and sitting in LinkedIn's own review, and switches on for every clinic once it clears.
What happens on the demo call?
We look at your clinic, not a sample account. That means your service mix, your provider pay structure, your device payments, and the one business question you have not been able to answer. We will also tell you which signals you are missing before Nabu can answer it, and if it cannot answer it at all we will say so on the call.
What does the whole system cost?
Nabu is free for one solo provider at one location and $79 per month billed yearly for a clinic, with social scheduling available as an add-on from $9.99 per month. Comparable business intelligence platforms in this category run $300 to $600 per month and quote privately, and a fractional CFO for a med spa runs $5,000 to $12,000 per month. Every Nabu price is published rather than held back for a call.
Why is early access limited to a small group?
We are onboarding the first 5 to 10 clinics deliberately so we can map real clinic data, sit with owner feedback, and sharpen the product before wider rollout. A cost model that is wrong at scale is worse than no cost model, so the first group gets more attention than a waitlist would allow.
