What Buffer Team holds back
- Doubles to $10 per channel per month to unlock team members
- Still priced per channel with no ceiling
What our one price covers
- Every channel you connect
- As many posts as you want to schedule
- Unlimited team members
- Approvals and role permissions
- Per-post and per-channel analytics
Competitor figures are each vendor's own published list price as of August 2026, shown on the billing schedule you picked. Buffer prices per channel. Metricool prices per tier and sells X and advanced analytics as separate add-ons. Check buffer.com/pricing and metricool.com/pricing for current rates. Nabu is not affiliated with either company.
The parts other schedulers put behind a higher tier.
A med spa does not post the way an agency does. Someone films between clients, an injector has to sign off on the claim, and the owner wants it out before Friday. We built the product around that sequence instead of charging extra for it.
Approvals your license depends on

Also included, without an asterisk
- No monthly post cap and no per-channel quota to refill
- Media library with per-platform size and format checks before you schedule
- Repurpose any post to another channel or date in one click
- Publishing queue showing exactly what goes out and when
- Best-time suggestions labeled as industry benchmarks, never dressed up as your own audience data
- Every location gets its own channels, calendar, team, and numbers

Platform APIs have real limits. Finding them out after you have planned a week of content wastes your time, so here they are up front.
- Feed posts, Reels, Stories
- Approved and publishing. Needs a Professional account linked to a Facebook Page. Collaborator invites and first comment both work.
- Page posts, photos, Reels, Stories
- Approved and publishing. Pages only, not personal profiles. First comment works here too.
- TikTok
- Video and photo posts
- Approved for direct publishing. Schedule it in Nabu and it posts straight to the profile, with privacy, comments, duet, and stitch controls.
- YouTube
- Videos and Shorts
- Approved and publishing. Privacy, category, playlist, tags, made-for-kids, location tagging, and first comment are all supported.
- Text, image, and video posts
- Personal profiles for now. Company Pages are not connected yet.
A scheduler that sits next to your actual numbers.
A standalone scheduler can tell you a Reel got 40,000 views. It cannot tell you the service in that Reel barely clears its own cost, or that the provider you featured has no open slots for three weeks. Nabu is a financial intelligence platform for med spas and aesthetic clinics first. Scheduling lives in the same workspace as service profitability, provider economics, device ROI, membership margin, capacity, and campaign ROI.
Buffer and Metricool structurally cannot do that part, because publishing content is all they see. Neither one knows what your margin looks like. Your booking system cannot do it either: Boulevard, Mangomint, Zenoti and Vagaro ship no social scheduling at any tier, which is why most clinics pay a second vendor for a calendar that never meets their numbers.

Social media scheduling questions med spa owners ask first.
How much does Nabu social scheduling cost?
$9.99 per month per location billed yearly, which comes to $119.88 a year. Month to month it is $12.99 per location. That one price covers unlimited channels, unlimited posts, and unlimited team members.
Which social media schedulers charge per channel?
Buffer does. Essentials is $5 per channel per month billed annually, so a clinic on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn pays $25 a month for one user with no approvals. Team, the plan that adds team members and approvals, is $10 per channel, so those same five channels cost $50 a month. Metricool prices by tier instead and sells X and advanced analytics as separate add-ons. Our price does not move when you connect another account.
Does my booking system already include social scheduling?
Almost certainly not. Boulevard, Mangomint, Zenoti and Vagaro ship no social media scheduling at any tier, so med spas end up paying a second vendor for it. That is the line item Nabu replaces, not your booking system.
Do I have to pay extra for team members or approvals?
No. Unlimited team members and the approval workflow are part of the product. You invite whoever you need when you create your organization and assign them roles. Providers and front desk staff draft and submit; owners, admins, and managers approve, schedule, and publish.
Do I need another Nabu plan to use the scheduler?
Yes, scheduling is an add-on rather than its own subscription. Solo Founder is free and takes a minute to set up, so if scheduling is all you want, create that account and add scheduling to it. If you already run Clinic Financials, it attaches to that subscription and lands on the same invoice.
Which social channels are supported?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Pages, and LinkedIn. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube are approved and publish directly from Nabu today. Instagram needs a Professional account linked to a Facebook Page. Facebook works with Pages rather than personal profiles. LinkedIn supports personal profiles today, with Company Pages waiting on a separate LinkedIn review.
How does pricing work for multiple locations?
Each location is its own workspace with its own channels, calendar, and analytics, at $9.99 per month per location on the yearly plan. You only pay for the locations you actually want scheduling on, so ten locations with one scheduling location is a normal setup, and the count is separate from the locations on your Nabu plan. Channels stay unlimited inside every one.
Is there a post limit or a monthly cap?
No. Nothing caps how many posts you schedule or publish, and there is no per-channel quota to refill.
Does it show analytics for what I publish?
Yes. Reach, impressions, views, likes, comments, shares, saves, engagement rate, and follower counts sync back per channel and per post, so you can see what performed instead of guessing.
Stop paying by the channel.
