What is Nabu?
Nabu is a financial intelligence platform built for medspas, aesthetic clinics, and wellness businesses. It takes the appointment, sales, service, provider, cost, and payment data already in your booking software and turns it into clear financial insight — profit margins, service-level costing, provider performance, overhead allocation, and revenue forecasting.
Nabu does the financial math that usually stays trapped in spreadsheets. You see exactly what each service costs to deliver, what each provider contributes, and where margin is leaking — without needing a finance background.

Three things in Nabu are not financial reports:
- Nabu Intelligence is Ask Nabu, a conversation with your own data, and the Action Center, where Nabu finds what needs attention, prepares the work, waits for your approval, and grades the result.
- Growth turns your client history into a working queue: who is due back, who lapsed, which open slots are worth filling, and a drafted message for each one.
- Social Scheduler plans, approves, and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn from the same workspace as your numbers. It is a paid add-on that attaches to any plan, including the free one. See Plans & Access.
What Nabu is not
- Not a replacement for your accountant. Nabu gives you operational financial clarity. Your accountant handles tax compliance, legal filings, and year-end reporting.
- Not a tax filing tool. Nabu does not file taxes or generate IRS-ready documents.
- Not a booking system. Nabu reads data from your booking software rather than replacing it. Keep Zenoti, Boulevard, Mangomint, Vagaro, or whatever you already run for scheduling appointments, charting, and payments.
- Not a guarantee of profitability. Nabu shows you where the numbers stand. What you do with that information is up to you.
