Nabu Intelligence Overview

How Ask Nabu and the Action Center help you understand your clinic, choose the next move, give the work to your team, and measure what happened.

One intelligence system, two ways to use it

Nabu Intelligence works with the business information already in Nabu. It has two parts that share the same clinic numbers and the same rules.

Ask Nabu answers the questions you ask. You can ask about revenue, services, providers, costs, appointments, or why a result changed. Nabu uses the same numbers shown in Financials, Profitability, Cost Center, and Forecasting.

The Action Center looks for important changes before you know to ask. Every night, Nabu reviews 19 areas of the business. When it finds a current, meaningful opportunity and can prepare a useful plan for it, Nabu explains what happened, recommends who on your team is best suited to own the work, and waits for approval. If Nabu cannot prepare a real next step yet, it keeps that item off the list and checks again later.

The two parts stay connected. If you open Ask Nabu from a finding, the conversation starts with that finding. If Ask Nabu helps you decide what to do, it uses the same prepared plan and approval process as the Action Center.

The full Action Center loop

The Action Center is built to carry an opportunity farther than a dashboard can:

  1. Find it. Nabu checks revenue, appointments, clients, services, memberships, provider schedules, and clinic resources each night.
  2. Explain it. The finding shows what changed, the records behind it, and how current those records are.
  3. Prepare the next move. Nabu ranks up to three plans that the available evidence can support.
  4. Recommend an owner. Nabu considers the kind of work, each employee's role, recorded schedule, booked appointments, open tasks, and recent assignments.
  5. Wait for approval. You can change the plan, the accountable employee, the task distribution, and the prepared wording before anything is created.
  6. Create the work. Approval sends the work to the Task Center. Nabu does not contact a client automatically.
  7. Measure the result. Nabu follows the work and reports what changed without claiming credit it cannot support.

See Action Center for the complete walkthrough.

What Nabu will not do

  • Invent a number. Every figure comes from your clinic records and Nabu's defined calculations.
  • Guess when the records are not strong enough. A nightly check can finish without creating a finding.
  • Choose clients with AI. Client eligibility, contact permission, and plan scope are checked by the application before a recommendation appears.
  • Create work without approval. Selecting a plan prepares the action. Approval is what creates tasks.
  • Send client messages on its own. Nabu prepares the message or call guide. A person on your team reviews and uses it.
  • Treat every improvement as proof. Nabu separates measured changes from results that can be fairly credited to the plan.
  • Show another business's information. People see only the locations their role allows them to access.

Complimentary use and Nabu Intelligence

Every location can activate one Action Center plan each calendar month at no charge. That plan stays open through assignment, approval, Task Center work, and results. Nabu Intelligence removes the monthly Action Center limit for that location and unlocks unlimited analytical questions in Ask Nabu.

Ask Nabu also includes ten complimentary analytical answers per organization each month. The Ask Nabu answer allowance and the Action Center plan allowance are separate.

See Plans and complimentary use for the exact rules.
