You do not have a data problem. You have a Tuesday problem.

The answers are already in your data. Getting them takes an export and an evening you do not have, so the questions wait.

Nabu worked through all five while the clinic was closed. Four were figures. One of them turned into 38 people to call.

    Questions owners ask.

    What is Nabu Intelligence?

Nabu Intelligence is the AI layer inside Nabu for med spas and aesthetic clinics. It has four parts on one add-on: Ask Nabu, where you ask questions about your business in plain language; the Action Center, where Nabu goes looking every night and raises the few things worth your attention; the Task Center, where an approved finding becomes assigned work your team tracks to done; and outcome measurement, where Nabu grades whether what you approved actually paid.

How do I track follow-up calls my front desk makes to clients?

Give every follow-up its own task with a client, a reason, a due date and an owner, and record what happened when it is done. In Nabu, approving an outreach creates one task per client, assigned to someone at that clinic. They work it from Nabu Today and mark it contacted, booked, no answer, declined or do not contact. The Action Center reads those results back, so you see how many were actually worked instead of assuming they were, and an outreach nobody worked is never counted as one that failed.

Can I assign tasks to staff who are not providers?

Yes. Tasks can go to any active employee at the clinic: front desk, managers and providers alike. Owners, admins and managers can assign work to someone else, and anyone can add tasks for themselves. Each person sees their own list in Nabu Today, the owner sees everyone's in All tasks, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.

Can the AI make up a number?

No, by construction rather than by instruction. The language model never does arithmetic in Nabu. Every figure comes from the same governed metric layer that computes your Profitability and Financials pages, and the model only chooses what to ask for and how to phrase it. Before an answer reaches you, any sentence carrying a figure the computed evidence does not hold is rejected and rewritten. If the rewrite fails, you get a plain answer assembled straight from the evidence instead.

Can it do anything to my business without my approval?

No. Every action that would write, send, or change anything is prepared and then held. You approve it, edit it, or reject it. There is no auto-execute path for any action kind however low the risk, approval requires the same permission the equivalent button in Nabu requires at every location the action touches, and every approval and execution leaves an audit row.

Does Nabu message my clients directly?

Not on its own. Nabu prepares one personal message per client, you review and edit the exact text, and on approval it opens tasks for the person at that clinic who owns the relationship to send them. Consent is recorded per channel before any first send, and a channel with no consent record is not a channel.

How do you stop the messages sounding like a robot wrote them?

Two ways. The model writing a draft is given a closed list of facts and nothing else: the client's first name, the service, roughly how long it has been, the channel, the clinic, and who it is from. No ids, contact details, other clients, or dollar figures reach it. Then a deterministic checker reads the draft back and rejects it if it quotes a figure, makes a medical or commercial claim, manufactures urgency, or carries the usual tells of generated text. One repair attempt is allowed, after which Nabu records a checked standard message and says that is what it did.

Can I try it before I pay for it?

Yes. Every organization gets 10 complimentary analytical questions per calendar month, and a credit is only spent on a delivered answer. Clarifying questions, refusals, and faults cost nothing. Help with using Nabu itself is answered from the documentation and is free and unlimited for every user, whether or not you hold the add-on.

    What does it cost?

Nabu Intelligence is one add-on per location covering Ask Nabu, the Action Center, prepared actions, and outcome measurement. It attaches to any plan including the free Solo Founder plan. The current price is a launch price, held for anyone who starts on it.

Does it work with Zenoti, Boulevard, Mangomint, or Vagaro?

Yes. Keep the booking system your clinic already runs on. Nabu reads from it, builds the cost model underneath the appointment data, and everything the intelligence layer says is computed from that. You do not migrate anything and your front desk's day does not change.

Who at my clinic can use it?

Answers about the business require permission to view financials for at least one location, and an answer is narrowed to the locations that permission covers. Someone who cannot see a clinic's financials cannot ask about them and cannot approve work against them. Buying the add-on never widens anyone's access: a credit buys capability, never permission.
