What is Nabu Financials?
Nabu Financials is the financial product inside Nabu. It gives med spa and aesthetic clinic owners true profitability by service, provider, room, device, membership, and location. Every plan includes the full product.
What is the difference between Solo Founder and Clinic Financials?
The financial product is identical on both plans. Solo Founder is for providers running one location by themselves: one location, one provider. Clinic Financials is for any clinic that needs more locations, more providers, or team access with role-based permissions.
How does location pricing work?
On the yearly plan: your first location is $948 per year (averages $79 per month). Each additional location is $588 per year (averages $49 per month). On the monthly plan: $99 per month for the first location, $59 per month for each additional.
Is the yearly plan a long-term contract?
No. The yearly plan is billed annually and saves you around 20% compared to monthly. There are no multi-year contracts or lock-in requirements.
Can I start on Solo Founder and upgrade later?
Yes. If you grow beyond one location or one provider, you can upgrade to Clinic Financials and your data moves with you.
Do I need Zenoti to use Nabu Financials?
No. Zenoti API integration is available if you use Zenoti, but every financial feature also works via manual entry or CSV import.
What is the Founder Lifetime offer?
