Nabu Financials is the financial product inside Nabu. It gives med spa and aesthetic clinic owners true profitability by service, provider, room, device, membership, and location. Every plan includes the full product.

The financial product is identical on both plans. Solo Founder is for providers running one location by themselves: one location, one provider. Clinic Financials is for any clinic that needs more locations, more providers, or team access with role-based permissions.

On the yearly plan: your first location is $948 per year (averages $79 per month). Each additional location is $588 per year (averages $49 per month). On the monthly plan: $99 per month for the first location, $59 per month for each additional.

No. The yearly plan is billed annually and saves you around 20% compared to monthly. There are no multi-year contracts or lock-in requirements.

Yes. If you grow beyond one location or one provider, you can upgrade to Clinic Financials and your data moves with you.

No. Zenoti API integration is available if you use Zenoti, but every financial feature also works via manual entry or CSV import.

$99 per month per location billed yearly, or $125 per month per location month to month. It includes the Action Center and unlimited Ask Nabu questions about your own numbers. You choose how many locations get it, starting at one, and the tenth costs the same as the first. Every clinic also gets 10 Ask Nabu answers a month free.

An add-on. Nabu Financials is the base, because without the cost model there are no numbers for Intelligence to work with. Intelligence sits on top of whichever plan you are on and is priced per plan location. You cannot buy it without Financials, and Financials is free for one solo provider.

Yes, in one checkout. Pick your locations, set how many get Intelligence, and start from the setup summary, and both land on the same subscription and the same invoice. Add locations to Intelligence or remove it later from Settings without touching your plan.

Yes. Every add-on sits on a Nabu Financials plan, and Solo Founder counts. The financial side stays free, and you pay only for Intelligence at one location, on its own subscription. On Founder Lifetime it works the same way: your one-time payment covers Financials, and Intelligence is a separate monthly or yearly subscription.

No. Intelligence is counted on its own, like scheduling. A three location clinic can start it on one location and add the others whenever it wants, from Settings, prorated. Adding a location to your plan does not change your Intelligence count.

Clinic Financials has six roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Provider, Front Desk, and Viewer. Every person is given access per location, so a manager at one clinic never sees another. Within a location you set what each person can do: view financials, edit costs, see forecasts and profitability, manage integrations, and manage users. Solo Founder is one owner at one location.

$9.99 per month per location billed yearly, which is $119.88 a year per location, or $12.99 per month per location month to month. It is flat: your tenth location costs the same as your first, and connecting another channel never changes the price.

No. Scheduling is an add-on rather than a plan, and it attaches to any of the three, including the free Solo Founder plan. If you are on Clinic Financials it joins your existing subscription at the interval you already pay on and lands on the same invoice. On Solo Founder or Founder Lifetime it is billed on its own, monthly or yearly, and you choose which at checkout.

Yes. It is a separate line, so removing it leaves your plan and your financial data exactly as they are. Scheduling stays available through the period you have already paid for.

Founder Lifetime is a one-time payment of $1,500 for lifetime access to Nabu Financials at one location. Only 10 spots are available. It is for clinics that want to lock in access early and help shape the product from the inside.
