Analytics

What the Social Scheduler tracks per channel and per post, and where the numbers come from.

What you can see

Below the calendar on the Schedule page, the Performance pulse section shows:

  • Audience — total followers across your connected channels
  • Measured posts — how many published posts have metrics available, out of the total published
  • Reach, Engagements, and Views — totals across the last 30 days of measurable posts

The Channels panel breaks the same numbers down per connected account — followers, posts synced, reach, and engagement for that specific channel.

The Top recent posts panel ranks your best-performing recent posts by engagement, reach, and views.

Refreshing the numbers

Select Sync insights to pull the latest follower counts and post performance from each platform on demand. Nabu also refreshes this automatically in the background on a regular schedule, so you don't have to remember to do it manually.

Why some channels or posts show no data yet

"Waiting for first sync" just means Nabu hasn't successfully pulled data for that channel yet — either it was only just connected, or the platform hasn't returned a result yet. Try Sync insights again after a few minutes.

Post metrics only cover posts published through Nabu, in the last 30 days. Platforms only expose reliable performance data for a limited window, and only for posts that have a platform post ID — which requires Nabu to have actually published the post (not something you posted directly on the platform yourself).

TikTok and LinkedIn have narrower analytics support today:

  • TikTok analytics (follower count, post performance) require an additional permission that isn't turned on yet for the currently-connected account. This is expected to open up alongside TikTok's direct-publishing review.
  • LinkedIn analytics only exist for Company Pages, and only once LinkedIn approves the Company Page posting review described in Connecting Channels. A personal LinkedIn profile has no analytics available — that's a limitation of LinkedIn's own API, not something Nabu can unlock.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't my follower count match what I see on the platform itself? There can be a short lag between when a follower count changes on the platform and when Nabu's next sync picks it up. If it's been more than a day, try Sync insights manually.

Do these numbers include posts I published directly on the platform, outside of Nabu? Account-level numbers like total followers do. Post-level performance metrics only cover posts that were actually published through Nabu, since those are the only ones Nabu has a platform post ID for.
