Nabu's social media scheduler lets a Customer connect third-party accounts — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube (each a "Connected Platform") — to schedule content and view performance metrics. This page describes how to remove a Connected Platform from Nabu and how to request deletion of any data we hold from it. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and why.
The fastest way to remove a Connected Platform: sign in to Nabu, open the Schedule page, find the connected channel, and select Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access credential for that account — it cannot be used again without reconnecting.
To request deletion of all data we hold for a Connected Platform account, or for your entire Nabu account, email hello@joinnabu.com from the email address associated with your Nabu account and specify what you'd like deleted. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period where required by law.
Deleting data in Nabu does not remove content already published to the Connected Platform itself — that content lives on the platform and must be removed there directly.
You can also revoke Nabu's access at any time from the platform's own settings, independent of Nabu:
Revoking access this way stops Nabu from making further requests to that account; we still recommend also disconnecting it in Nabu (Section 1) or emailing us (Section 2) so we delete what we've already stored.
